*Important* Address Change Info

Update 8/22/2018 – The North Canton Post Office will be closing on August 25, 2018.

Mail that is sent to the credit union’s PO Box 2479 North Canton, Ohio will start being directed to the Canton Main Post Office located at 2650 Cleveland Avenue NW Canton, Ohio this weekend. Because of this drastic change in location, some mail delays could be experienced. The Credit Union is continuing to advise members to update their records, as well as the records for bill pay systems you may use, to reflect a new mailing address of 8200 Cleveland Avenue NW, North Canton, Ohio 44720.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, credit card statements will continue to be printed with the PO Box address for payments until it’s card conversion is complete next year. Please place these payments in a regular envelope and address them to the physical address, or place a label with the physical address over window of the payment envelope, in order to avoid additional mailing time. Members are also welcome to stop into the credit union to make their payments, or place their payments in the Night Drop box, located in the ATM lane of the drive thru.

7/25/2018 – AN IMPORTANT CHANGE is needed for any member that is using our PO Box as a mailing address as soon as possible.

We have been notified by the North Canton Post Office, in a letter dated today, that our PO Box will be moving it’s location to the Canton Main Office towards the end of August. With that in mind, that could impact the timeframe in which we receive member payments and deposits that are addressed to our PO Box currently.

Effective immediately, we are asking all members to update their records (and any bill payers you use to make loan and credit card payments or deposits) of a change in mailing address. Please update the address to the credit union’s physical address of:

8200 Cleveland Avenue NW * North Canton, Ohio 44720

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our membership, but we are working through this issue as best we can. The credit union will also be making calls to members it can identify as being affected by this. You may also receive a letter in the mail, or an email as well, to remind you that this change needs done.
