The credit union is bringing new things to it’s membership next year with a plastic card conversion! We are very excited about all the new features this will deliver! All credit cardholders will be receiving a new card next year. We need your help to make this process smooth.
“What do I need to do?”
That answer is simple. Log into It’sMe247 Home Banking, via the link at the top of this page, click on “Info Center”, “Personal Information” and verify your address and phone number(s) for your account. You can make changes here if something is not correct. If you aren’t able to access It’sMe247 Home Banking, you can update your information by stopping into the credit union during normal business hours. This will help make sure your new credit card will arrive safely to you next year!
Activation of new cards issued for credit (and/or debit as they need replaced) will be done via an 800 number. That call must be placed from your primary contact phone number that the credit union has listed. If you are not sure what that is, please contact a member service representative at 330-494-8775, and they will be happy to help you determine that.
